Monty McLain

Monty joined our staff as a loan officer in January of this year. He was raised in Plainview, TX. Monty has worked in the agricultural sector his whole life. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University and has stayed within the ag industry.

Monty has an extensive background in farming, ranching, feed yard operations and also commercial application. He was an Agronomist for two separate cooperatives with trade territories that encompassed portions of four states. Monty has enjoyed helping producers obtain their goals and looks forward to continuing his devotion of serving the agricultural community in his role at Plains Land Bank.
